Digital Products (No Refunds)
 

All digital products — including downloads, music, graphics, presets, templates, and any other digital files — are non‑refundable. Because digital items cannot be returned, all sales are final.
 

If you experience an issue accessing your digital purchase, contact us at info@thelaam.com and we will make sure you receive the files you paid for.

Physical Products (When Available)
 

Once physical items become available, the following will apply:
 

• Refunds or exchanges may be offered for defective or damaged items.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused and in original condition.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
